LIA Global e.V. is a non-profit organization committed to fostering education, vocational training, and sustainable development cooperation. Since our founding, we’ve been working selflessly to empower communities and create lasting change.
Our Story
LIA Global e.V. was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to create a world where education, opportunity, and sustainable development are accessible to all. What started as a small group of passionate individuals has grown into an organization making tangible impact in communities across Cameroon and beyond.
Our name, “Love in Action Global e.V.,” reflects our core belief that compassion must be accompanied by concrete action. We don’t just talk about change, we create it through partnerships, projects, and persistent dedication to the communities we serve.
Based in Bremen, Germany, we work closely with local organizations in Cameroon, Nigeria and Ghana to ensure our initiatives are culturally appropriate, sustainable, and truly responsive to community needs. Our approach is built on partnership, not charity; on empowerment, not dependence.

Our Mission
LIA Global’s mission is to promote education, vocational training, and sustainable development through development education, international cooperation, and grassroots action. We work selflessly with local and global partners to combat poverty, strengthen social and economic conditions in disadvantaged regions, and raise awareness of global interdependencies, empowering communities and fostering a fair, peaceful, and resilient society for all.

What We Do
Education & Awareness
- Conduct educational workshops, seminars, and training courses on global development, sustainability, and social justice topics
- Organize public events, awareness campaigns, and publications to promote understanding of global interdependencies and development policy
- Develop and disseminate educational materials to raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global citizenship
Development Cooperation
- Implement development cooperation projects in partnership with local organizations in developing countries
- Support humanitarian aid and development initiatives
- Strengthen capacities of partner organizations through technical support, knowledge exchange, and co-implementation of programs
Environmental Sustainability
- Promote climate action and environmental sustainability through local and international educational and practical projects
- Support sustainable agriculture and livelihood programs
- Integrate environmental protection into all our initiatives
International Exchange
- Facilitate international and intercultural exchange to build solidarity and mutual understanding between communities
- Collaborate with national and international NGOs, authorities, and institutions that share similar goals in development cooperation and education
